At a time the Mujahideen are fighting the war of the nation and Islam against the barbaric Jews that are killing Lebanese and Palestinian children women and the elderly , and as they (Mujahideen) are achieving heroic victories for the first time in the history of the struggle against the enemy... At this time, we find in Iraq some Takfiri fanatics committing massacres against Iraqi civilian workers, peasants, women, children and the elderly without any mercy. These massacres that are a result of blind hatred, and are being committed at a time the American and British occupation and their Jewish ally are usurping the Iraqi wealth, besieging its politics and inciting its sectarian instincts, to create a state of security chaos and induce a civil war. They are preoccupying the people to keep them away from the struggle of the Muslims in Lebanon, Palestine and Iraq and make them fall in the trap of a sectarian war that is planned to cover the entire Islamic world. We wonder how could these people who commit massacres similar to the one committed near the shrine of Imam Ali (a.s.) in Najaf, killing several Iraqi citizens and non- Iraqi visitors to this Holy site… How could these people belong to Islam which calls all Muslims to be tough against the believers but merciful towards Muslims? We accuse these people to be executing the plots of the Mosad and the CIA that seek to prevent the unity of Iraq and the solidarity and cooperation among its people. This is what the American occupation wants through the constructive or creative chaos, or the new Middle East that does not conform with a united and sovereign Iraq that is free from occupation.

We say to all honest Iraqis scholars, intellectuals and politicians of all sects to have mercy on their country; to reconcile and think about the future which the entire Iraqi people is waiting for to build the new Arab and Muslim Iraq that tries to retrieve its civilization. We appeal to the Sunni and Shiite religious authorities to shoulder their responsibilities and not to allow these massacres to turn into a sectarian strife since it is not in the interests of both the Shiites and the Sunnis but rather that of occupation. We call on everybody not to be satisfied by verbal protests :they have to find out whom those who commit the massacres belong to, which is clearly the Mosad and the CIA, and reveal to the people that they are the hypocrites whom the Quran described. We appeal to all Muslims to solve their differences through an objective dialogue that is based on the common factors. They should know that spilling the blood of Sunnis by Shiites or the blood of Shiites by Sunnis is unlawful and that they should not fall into the vicious circle of actions and reactions. We also call on the officials to rise to the level of the current stage and preserve the security of the Iraqis and their Holy shrines in Najaf, Karbala, Kazimia, and all the other cities. They should demand the end of the occupation and those who collaborate with it. The people should join hands and every citizen should be a guard . We believe that the resistance is legitimate, but those who are killing the Muslims out of sectarian blind hate can in no way be considered part of this resistance since the resistance is supposed to preserve the blood of its people and be responsible for its freedom and security.

Lastly, I ask all by brothers and children in Iraq to follow what Allah, the Most Exalted, told the believers in the Glorious Quran told them : they have to stay patient, hold fast and be pious, if they wish to be successful.
