The Martyrdom of Hajj Imad Moghnieh is a great loss for the Islamic Line of Resistance
The Religious Authority, Sayyed
Muhammad Hussein Fadlullah, issued a statement in which he announced
the martyrdom of Hajj Imad Moghnieh. He said:
The great militant march of the
Islamic Resistance that constituted a major challenge for the
Zionist entity and the international arrogance and their projects in
the region and that was able to inspire Muslims, Arabs and the free
men in the entire world… this march with its Islamic Arab and Human
extensions has lost with the martyrdom of the great Mujahid Hajj
Imad Moghnieh, may Allah bless his soul, one of its major pillars
and leaders who represented the vanguard of the resisting generation
who defeated the Zionist enemy in 2000 and 2006.
The March of this generation who
lived the Islamic glory that was inspired from the march of the
first Muslims in Badr, Al-Ahzab, Khaibar and Ashoura'a and who lived
the concerns of all the issues of the nation, will always feel this
glory even in the most severe painful and challenging situation. It
is the march that embraced several martyrs including leaders like
Sayyed Abbass Al-Mousawia and Sheik Raghib Harb, whom we meet their
anniversaries these days.
Faced by this great loss, we call on
all the fronts of the resistance against the occupation to be more
determined on confronting the enemy, more steadfast in front of the
challenges and more committed to the Islamic line of Jihad that
wishes to take the nation from the depth of defeat to the glory of
victory. They should also strengthen their belief in accordance with
God's saying: "Those to whom the people said:
Surely men have gathered against you, therefore fear them, but this
increased their faith, and they said: Allah is sufficient for us and
most excellent is the Protector. So they returned with favor from
Allah and (His) grace, no evil touched them and they followed the
pleasure of Allah; and Allah is the Lord of mighty grace". |
