When the American Administration talks about negotiations it is actually telling the other party, especially Syria and Iran, that it should accept its conditions even before sitting at the table. These conditions are in reality Israeli conditions, for America’s commitment to ensure the Israeli military supremacy in the region, has come to mean the preventing of any military progress for the other parties, as well as undermining any technological and industrial development. This is, in fact, what America is plotting against Iran.

The Bush Administration knows quite well that Iran is not seeking to make the bomb, since it does not need it, neither militarily nor strategically. It actually possesses all the other capabilities that enable it to defend itself. Moreover, making a nuclear weapon is religiously prohibited, as was declared by the highest Iranian Authority.

Although America knows all this, it wants to stop the Iranian technological and industrial development that acts as an incentive to several other states in the Third World. The same motive could be attributed to the Europeans, for they all want the Arab and Muslim worlds to remain a consuming market for their goods and a milking cow that provides them with the raw materials.

That is why, we have to be cautious towards the American, and even some European, calls for a package deal, since the Bush Administration that is moving quickly towards waging a war that would burn the region, in addition to its other mobile wars in various parts of the worlds, has the mentality of an arrogant empire that sees in negotiations a means of driving the opponent to surrender, after accusing him of supporting terrorism or being as rogue state, and violating international law, just as it is doing with Syria and Iran, knowing that is no country that has violated this law more than the US and Israel. The entire world knows that America does not accept the trying of any American aboard, while it kidnaps others to try them on its lands, in a show of imperial arrogance that does not take the rules of international law into consideration.

We warn that America who failed in the region is preparing for a new wave of violence and a major war which some numbers of the Bush Administration think its is the decisive one.

Although such an adventure will burn the American hands, and pave the way for the emergence of a different world, we would like the regional states to try to prevent such a fire, since it will not only reach the backyards of many countries in the region and in the world, it will also burn the Arab regimes that are already unstable.

Therefore, we call on them to move before it is too late.
