His Eminence, the Religious Authority Sayyed Muhammad Hussein Fadlullah, saw that Iran has surpassed the critical phase and stepped into the phase of pressures and intimidations, calling all groups in Iran to unite under the Islamic leadership, and stressing that Iran ought to continue its policy that is open on dialogue, and at the same time hold on tight to its legitimate national rights.

His Eminence received the new appointed Iranian Ambassador to Lebanon, Ghadanfar Rukn Abadi, who conveyed to His Eminence the greetings of the Iranian leadership and its appreciation to his Islamic and strategic stands. During the meeting, they discussed the developments in Lebanon and the region, as well as the challenges facing Iran at the level of its peaceful nuclear dossier, its relation with the opposition axis, and its support to the resistance factions.
His Eminence also emphasized the significance of the tripartite agreement reached between Turkey, Brazil and Iran, concerning the Iranian peaceful nuclear dossier. Moreover, he highlighted the shock that overwhelmed the American Administration and the enemy's entity after sealing the agreement, for they thought that the Iranian policy was run by a group of amateurs; however, they were surprised to find out that they were dealing with a group of experts.
His Eminence saw that Iran surpassed the critical phase and stepped into the most dangerous phase that is marked with all forms of pressure and intimidation; thus, it ought to stand strong against all these odds. Moreover, he called on everyone in Iran to side with the Iranian state and its Islamic leadership, and send a conclusive message to the arrogant states which includes that Iran is a united country that represents a solid and cohesive front against the schemes and plots of the enemies that aim to undermine its security, policy, and strategic rights.
His Eminence stressed that the Iranian leadership ought to continue its policy that is open on dialogue, and at the same time hold on tight to its legitimate national rights. He also pointed that Iran no longer represents itself only, but rather it represents the trend of political independence at the level of the region and the entire world, as well as the opposition line that supports the resistance and freedom seekers; a line which ought to be preserved at all levels.
