Q: A women experienced menstrual blood, when it stopped she restored taharah and performed Ihram acts and Umrah al- Mufradah acts (during the period of purity between the two bloods of one menstrual period). Then she saw blood after leaving Mecca and going to Medina or to her country, and the blood stopped before the end of the ten days of haydh? What is the ruling in this case, knowing that it is difficult and embarrassing for her to return?

A: If both bloods came in the time of her menstruation period having the characteristics of menstrual blood, the interval period of purity is considered menstrual, and thus the Umrah acts are not acceptable since she must be tahir to perform them and she should authorize another person to perform tawaf and tawaf prayer on her behalf. But if the first blood of both bloods fall in the time of her menstrual period having the characteristics of menstrual blood, while the second blood did not fall in the time of her menstrual period and did not have the characteristic of menstrual blood, she should consider the period of purity as a period of taharah and thus her acts are deemed acceptable.
