Prayer after midnight

Q: Can a person pray Maghrib and Isha prayers between midnight and dawn or should they be considered Qada’ if prayed after midnight ?

A: it is not considered Qada’. Between midnight and dawn one's intention should be performing what he is religiously demanded from him. Thus he does not have to intend to be praying as Qada, except if the delay is excused like the woman in period who becomes pure , then performing the prayer as Ada’ (on time ) would be delayed until dawn.
